Goodwood's unwavering commitment to ensuring our customers' complete satisfaction is reflected in our robust 12-month warranty policy, which covers any structural defects that may arise from the date of delivery to your warehouse, store, or hotel. With an impressive 98.72% success rate in 2022, we are confident in our ability to consistently deliver superior products and service. For your reference, we have provided some of the key provisions of our warranty policy below.

All our clients are entitled to a replacement free of charge for a major failure or a financial discount for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage on a future order on the particular product in subject. Replacement or financial discounts will be subjective to Goodwood's personal judgement of the claim.

MOQ Policy

Our prices are all based on a full 40 feet container loads. A 5% surcharge will be applied for 20 feet container orders, and 10% for LCLs/consolidations.

FOB Policy

All prices are FOB Semarang (Central Java, Indonesia) excluding standard fumigation. Additional charges may apply.

Payment Policy

Production process starts upon a received down-payment of 30% from total Invoice. Prices do not include bank charges. Balance payment are against Documents.

Lead Time

The Goodwood lead time is 10 to 12 weeks depending on the complexity of the order and the time of the year. During raining season (Nov-Mar), we experience significant rainfall leading to increase moisture content levels, resulting in production delays.

Exclusivity

Design exclusivity of collections is part of what divides up the retail world, and therefore for many clients we arrange a nationwide exclusivity agreement. We are always open to such discussions and are always heavily invested in what is best for our clients.

What is Goodwood’s production lead time?

Our production lead time varies depending on the complexity of the design and the total SKUs in the given order. Our standard production lead time is 70-90 days for a 40ft HC container after we receive the deposit payment. In 2021, our average lead time was 84 days (11.8 weeks).

What is Goodwood’s MOQ policy?

Goodwood’s MOQ is a 20ft container. We accept multiple SKUs in a shipment, however each SKU has an individual MOQ that needs to be met. Our MOQs are reflected in the product pricing, subject to change upon discussion with the client.

What is Goodwood’s product guarantee and warranty policy?

In the event that a product is defective, we will arrange a direct replacement. This guarantee covers all production-related defects, but does not cover faults caused by; transportation, misuse, improper assembly, and intentional damage.
